Installation, updates and upgrades of JS7 components are performed using the .tar.gz installer files provided for initial installation of JS7 releases for Unix environments..

• The JS7 - Installation instructions also apply to updates and upgrades.
• The processes for installation, update and upgrade can be automated for environments with any number of JOC Cockpit instances, Controller instances and Agents.
• Installation scripts are provided for Unix from Shell scripts, for Unix and Windows from PowerShell scripts.
