Introduction

The JS7 - Tagging offers to manage tags for workflows. A workflow can be assigned any number of tags.

Tags can be used to filter display of workflows.

• Folders are the basic means to store workflows and related objects in hierarchies.
• Tags offer filtering independently from folder hierarchies. They allow highlighting what is relevant and can carry information important to operations teams such as the business process assigned the workflow.

Managing Workflow Tags

Adding Tags to Workflows

Workflow Tags are managed from the inventory with the Configuration view. The right panel includes the list of tags assigned a workflow:

Clickinng the "Manage Tags" link in the right panel brings up the list of assigned tags and offers modification:

Adding Tags by Folder

Users can invoke the Manage Tags operation at folder level from the tree menu item. This allows to populate all workflows for the given folder with tags:

The resulting popup window offers to add tags recursively to any sub-folders:
