SYNTAX
Get-JS7SystemCredentials [[-TargetName] <String>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
This cmdlet returns a [PSCredential] object from a credential stored in Windows Credential Manager.
This cmdlet can access Generic Credentials only.
