Architecture
- JOC will be completely re-written.
- A new framework is introduced that will replace the existing XML Interface by REST Web Services
- Implementation of a web service interface between JOC Cockpit and JobScheduler

- approx. March / May 2016: web service interface
- approx. July 2016: Release Candidate targeted for release 1.11
