Feature Highlights

Branch 1.11 brings the new JOC Cockpit architecture with a new user interface and REST web services.

This architecture change allows to manage a number of JobScheduler Master instances with a single JOC Cockpit. The "classic" JOC that is running on top of a Master until releases 1.10 is removed.

The user interface includes a responsive design and provides near real-time information about operations performed by a JobScheduler Master.

13 brings Job Streams to JobScheduler Master and JOC Cockpit. This feature includes a supplemental way of chaining jobs without use of job chains. Instead, based on In Conditions and Out Conditions of jobs backward dependencies can freely be created. The JOC Cockpit provides graphical support for the management of job streams.

Subsequent maintenance releases will migrate the JOE Job Editor and the XML Editor to JOC Cockpit.  Besides JOC Cockpit no additional components are required to manage and configure the workload  automation suiteIn addition a history is included that allows to search the job execution history. Therefore with branch 1.11 the JID dashboard component is no longer included.
