To subscribe to a JIRA Dashboard, you have to log in first. Afterwards, please do the following:

1. Go to "Dashboards" on the top (left) of the page
2. Click on "Manage Dashboards"
3. Go to "Search" and in the "Owner" field look for the user "sos_manager"
4. Now Click on "Search" and you will see all Dashboards available:
   
5. Please click on each "star" for each Dashboard you want to subscribe to
6. Come back to the main page clicking on the rabbit on the top of the page (left)
