Starting of jobs and job chains by file watching is analogous to starting through calendar/time events.
A job or job chain is started file order is created for each file that arrives in the folder being watched and this order used to start a job or job chain. Multiple folders can be watched and the file name can be used as a filter to determine the job or job chain to be executed.
The last stage of a file order requires that the file that originated the order is removed from the directory being watched.
