Workflows can declare variables, for details see JS7 - Order Variables.

• Variables are declared with a Workflow. The declaration includes specifying to specify if a Variable variable is mandatory or can make if it is optional at it makes use of a default value.
• The user interface for Schedules object view requires that any mandatory Variables variables are assigned a value.
