Ordering of Tags

The Configuration view in its left panel offers to switch from Folders to Workflow Tags:

Explanation:

This allows to limit display of workflows to the ones matching selected tags.
The following operations are offered for ordering of tags:
- Image Addedsort in ascending alphabetical order
- Image Addedsort in descending alphabetical order
- Image Addedmanual odering by moving tags with the mouse
Ordering of tags is considered when applying tags for filtering.
