Configuration and Use of Events

The concept behind events is similar to concepts used by other workflow control systems and this may make getting started with events easier.

Events can be configured using JID - JobScheduler Information Dashboard or a code editor. JID is also used to observe which jobs and orders are planned and which have run.

Events are not shown in JOC - JobScheduler Operations Center. 

Events are stored persistently and retained after a restart of the JobScheduler.
