The purpose of the Atomicity parameters is to ensure that further processing steps - such as might be initiated by monitoring systems such as the JobScheduler - can only be started once the file has been fully transferred.
The atomic prefix or suffix are applied added to the file at the target system and are selected so as to mask its presence.
File transfer itself occurs under the file's original name.
