Release

• This is an immediate maintenance release due to two blocker issues:
  
  • JOC-998: Update jaxen-1.1.1 to jaxen-1.2.0 (dropping icu4j 2.6.1 that breaks JOC Cockpit on startup)
    
  • JITL-626: Update jaxen-1.1.1 to jaxen-1.2.0 (dropping icu4j 2.6.1 that breaks Master plugins on startup)
  • Use of newer Java releases e.g. after 1.8u251 (and similar for updates of newer Java branches) causes an incompatibility with the icu4j library (Unicode support) that ships with JOC Cockpit & JobScheduler Master (icu4j-2.6.1.jar) and that prevents JOC Cockpit from starting and JobScheduler Master plugins from working
  • The JobScheduler Master and Agents are not immediately affected, see JITL-626.
• No major features are introduced, this release includes exclusively bug-fixes and minor features that are designed to be free from side effects.
• This release includes bug-fixes starting from Release 1.12.0
