Introduction

JS7 supports automated installation and updates from Installation Scripts:

• The process of installing, updating, upgrading, patching and uninstalling can be automated in a number of ways:
  
  • Users can apply the Installation Scripts standalone.
  • Users can run the Installation Scripts from tools such as Ansible®, Puppet®, Chef® that are used to manage the parameterization.
• Installation Scripts are available
  • for Linux, MacOS®, AIX®, Solaris® using bash, dash, ksh and zsh POSIX-compatible shells.
  • for Linux and Windows from PowerShell installation scripts.
• Installation Scripts are available for download from JS7 - Download.
